This project was a complete reinvention of this 1905 classic Presidio Heights home. Through a full interior renovation including the detached garage, this home was transformed into a 5 bedroom/5 bathroom residence fit for the modern day city dweller. Innovation was at the forefront of this design, converting the basement into a living space that now features a guest bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a home theater, and a space for wine storage.

Stunning bold natural stone countertops and fireplaces along with statement herringbone laid flooring in the foyer create a clean modern aesthetic with a custom one of a kind feel. The home features spaces like a converted lower level, a top of the line designer Chef’s kitchen, and a spacious top floor perfect for a gym or a playroom.
